The double chamfer allows an exact lead in the drilling hole, also in low drilling depths and prevents stucking of chips between drill bit and hole walls. These drill bits are particularly suitable for drilling plug holes and for drilling fibre board, ply wood, pine, beech, oak and similar soft and hard wood. The precisely ground shoulder cutting edges make cylindrical, tear-free holes.
